Re: next classifier match?
Most clubs hold a special classifier match once a year. They are limited by the number of their "activity credits" that can come in via special classifier matches. Probably more importantly, they cost a little more to put on and most shooters generally don't think they are as "fun". I don't know of any planned at this point. Magnolia usually holds one in the summer annually.
'Neck is right though, it only takes four and almost every match should have one. The only thing I see wrong with G1D's recommendation is he forgot the club that is probably closest or at least second closest to you, and they shoot twice a month. (Ok, technically it is two clubs that currently share the same range, and each holds 1 match a month). They shoot just outside of Greenwood, MS.
Rivers Bend Sport Shooters Club matches are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, and Boliver County Sport Shooters shoots on the 4th Saturday of each month.
Directions to the range: From Highway 82 North on the west side of Greenwood, drive North on 49 Highway 3.5 miles and turn right on County Road CR-100, then turn left on CR-98, and follow the road 2 miles to range. PM me if you would like contact info for a couple of the guys, or it is also available on the USPSA website.
