I went with a YHM Sidewinder because it can be taken apart by owner for cleaning. Shooting subsonics & occasional rimfire they will get dirty quicker.

You can setup your trust at the Silencer Shop kiosk, I believe. No need to hunt down a lawyer or anything, and Silencer Shop does thousands and thousands of them, so I’d think they have it figured out by now.
Once you get in the Silencer Shop kiosk system it's simple. My One Shot Trust took just one day (the same day I bought a suppressor) for all signatures & submitted to ATF. I was highly impressed.

Just got off the phone with ATF...

APPROVED as of August 24! Just to wait for the stamp to make it to the Armory now I guess.

Purchased 1/24
Check cashed/pending 2/18
Approved 8/24

So that was ~187 days. I’d like to say it taught me patience, but that would be a lie.
I'm about a month behind you so I'm still waiting.

Got a call from The Armory Yesterday. My BOGO Free Octane 9 just showed up at their shop!! Time to go eForm and give em another 200.00.
Ordered Omega 300 back in late November. Octane 9 will go into new eForm system. Probably get here before my Omega. haha
Don't bet on eForm being any quicker. Going on 5 months of waiting on my eForm approval.

Eform4 submitted 02-21-2022. Just received email showing approved on 07-27-2022. Not the 60 to 90 days advertised but quicker than the paper forms.
