Last time they did the BOGO it took people 2 years or more to get their cans and both stamps approved.
Way to brighten my day up. LOL
I do need to give em a call just to check. Last time I spoke to The Armory he said they were suppose to be shipping those BOGO suppressors in March-April.
I'm not holding my breath.

At the time they were nearly in bankruptcy and laid off most of their employees. I don’t think that’s the case this time.

Got a call from The Armory Yesterday. My BOGO Free Octane 9 just showed up at their shop!! Time to go eForm and give em another 200.00.
Ordered Omega 300 back in late November. Octane 9 will go into new eForm system. Probably get here before my Omega. haha

Don't bet on eForm being any quicker. Going on 5 months of waiting on my eForm approval.

Eform4 submitted 02-21-2022. Just received email showing approved on 07-27-2022. Not the 60 to 90 days advertised but quicker than the paper forms.

Update from a dealer on eForms, Paper Forms, and the SilencerCo BOGO from last year.

These are the times we've been seeing lately...

eForms have been coming back in 3-5 months

Paper Forms
have been coming back in 12-16 months (ridiculous)

They are all over the board though. This week we received a half dozen approved FORM4s that were sent out across a 3-month window and all got approved at the same time. There doesn't seem to be any standard at this point. But I can tell you, eForms are being approved MUCH faster than Paper Forms.

SilencerCo has shipped out the vast majority of the BOGO suppressors but there are still some remaining. They originally said that all BOGOs would be shipped out by the end of June - guess we've past that point... Last email correspondence we received from them stated that they were very close to being caught up on all BOGOs.

If you are looking for a place to purchase Suppressors, SBRs, or Machine Guns in north Mississippi, we would love the opportunity to help you out. We have a system (similar to the Silencer Shop kiosk without having to send them money every time we sell a suppressor - a cost most gun shops pass on to their customers) that allows us to take and store your fingerprints, photo, signature, and trust on sight. Once you, and/or your co-trustees, are in our system, you'll never have to deal with the paperwork again. It doesn't get any easier than this.

We also have a local attorney to set up NFA Trusts making the entire process quick and painless.

I'm 15 months in on a paper form 4 and about 6 months on two efile form 4s!!!!
Call your senator. That goober Michael Guest is up for re-election in a couple months. Make him earn your vote.

August 25th will be 12 months from me. On august 26th I’m calling to check the status, if it’s still pending I’ll be calling Guest’s office.

I’m glad the efilers are getting approved quicker, but it’s ridiculous that they didn’t take steps to clear the paper form backlog first. A couple friends got their efiles approved a few weeks ago at 6 months, I was pumped for them getting their first silencers so “quick”, now I’m aggravated.

I think I'm at 13 months in on a paper F4 (trust). I don't even want the suppressor at this point. It's actually been 15 months because it took Silencer Shop TWO MONTHS to get my paperwork to the ATF for an in-stock suppressor.

F1s are still being approved. You just have to know what to say or, more accurately, what NOT to say when they start asking questions about parts, materials, etc. I'm about to fire off 2 more F1s, both for suppressors. We'll see how that goes. I know I'm gonna miss the 3 week turnaround we had before F4s went electronic.

It’s not just silencer shop. The guy I used did the same thing…I bought mine early June. Either he drug his feet for 2 months or the atf did. Probably a bit of both.

I’m at the same level of frustrated, but I want mine before deer season.
