Does anyone know if they host this competition annually? Is this a rotating event[hosted by different states and locations]? Was this just a one off, if so why? Was it Profitable?

It's an annual event. The MS Tactical Officers Association runs it so it's always in MS. It has bounced around to different facilities/locations in MS over the years, but it's been in Southaven for the last few years in a row. It's not what I'd call "profitable" because it basically brings in just enough money to cover its own expenses.

The original post is from 2010. It's put on by MTOA and it will be at Southhaven/Horn Lake again this year. I'm ready for another run at Gastonia Nc.
