Can’t wait to see the spin on this one. Looks pretty cut and dry.

That one, HerrZnk, was very predictable to say the least... somehow I suspect that we all here are not surprised by this relative's words! Why that "good boy" only brandished that "weapon" to scare that cop off and frighten him into fleeing!!!

Isn't there some law about firing a weapon at a gas station? :lol4:

Seriously tho, when are these morons gonna learn?

God help us when the only one talking sense is wearing an Obamacare hat.

The cousin looked like he was trying a little too hard for his age.

    NW MS
I predict a 35% probability of protests and riots, with a flurry of looting and a light sprinkling of car rolling and torching...

I predict ... the next shooting will happen at the wake because
someone will try to steal the money they are collecting for the
    burial expenses....

You got that impression too, huh? A little old to be wearing that gangsta hat sideways.

Remember that one of our Hinds County judges was heard
to say in court when some thug was up for sentencing that
she wished she could tell him that he wasn't guilty by
virtue of being black and yet that judge is still there I think.

Being born into and raised in dire poverty and down at the "bottom" of the socio-economic ladder, so to speak, as a justifiable rationale for turning to a life of crime, is a slap in the face to all of those who have worked hard for everything they have today and struggled to lift themselves up from such barren circumstances in life.

Regardless of the color of their skin.

    Just saying!!! :fyi:

That Hinds County judge you speak of is clearly part of the problem... and one of the reasons that Jack-town is a cesspool today.

She should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail... :2cents:

I fear that LBJ's Democrat utopian "Great Society" has fully come home to roost... not only in Jackson, Mississippi... but across our entire nation... :(

I am not sure what happened because the video has been cut and pasted and doubles back and repeats segments so many times. The WJTV overlay does not help any either.

PS: I was born and raised in a wooden house without insulation, without electricity, and without running water. It was 13 miles from the nearest paved road and about 5 miles to the nearest gravel road. I'd say that qualifies as "poor".

I still remember hearing that Daddy had gotten a raise to $50 a week, and I thought "we finally have it made!"

I did well in school and have done OK as an adult.

And I never stole anything, never sold drugs, never worked as a pimp, and have never assaulted or killed anybody (at least not yet).

So being born into poverty does not necessarily result in a life of crime.

Daddy was a mail carrier, a pretty good job when I was in high
school in the 60s. I remember him saying he was going make
$19,000 one year. That was a lot of money for us.

I hate the "too graphic to show" part. The video resolution really SUCKED.
