It's old. No cheap Chinese ammo uses Hornady XTP bullets.

How could you tell that was Hornaday? Not much evidence except the butt end of the projectile. Just asking.

Looks like Hornady bullet to me too. The serrations on the front looks like a Hornady.

The load could have been triple loaded, using a low volume powder. Who knows though.
