This weekend the Outdoor Sports Extravaganza is being held at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson, MS. The Safari Club, Mississippi State Firearm Owners Association and the Southwest Gun Club will sponsor a Junior Air Rifle Booth. Juniors can shoot air rifles and be taught safety and marksmanship skills. We will be there on Friday evening, all day Saturday and all day Sunday. Come and see us if you get the chance.

How was it? This is the 1st year I've missed in a while.

Our air rifle booth had 400 kids shoot at the targets. Some did very well indeed. This was not including the youngsters that repeated the shooting. Some as many as 20 times. We did not discourage anyone from shooting as much as they wanted.
