personal use knives

Big D im new on the forum, but my dad bought a knife from you, we live in polkville....Not sure if that rings a bell with you or not, but all i hear out of his mouth is about that knife he got from you. I work overseas in china and have been on dad about getn a knife from you, do you have any pics of what you have for sale? If not i'd like to meet up with you when i get home. I think i can pick out what i want by the pics and have dad bring you the money, if i dont like it, i'll buy another until i get what im looking for. Thanks!

I did alot of thinking about what i wanted today, this was after i wrote you of course. I want a knife to skin deer with, blade no longer than 5'' and not too big of a knife either, i just dont care for a large knife i guess you could say. I also want another work knife that can stand up to me using it for something everyday. I go through several cheap knives on every trip here. I just want two good knives........im a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so i want the best! Dad seems to think i need to wait and meet you, come look at what you have and then choose....im impatient and hate waiting, haha.

It may be the internet restrictions from china, but i cant get to your pics page, sorry but i tried to look.

I like the Arc handle hunter knife, think that would make a great skinning knife, like the wood looking handle. I think the work knife needs some type of rubber grip on the handle because my hands are usually greasy or covered in hyd oil. The work knife needs to have a little size to it, i'll be using it to cut rope, hyd hose, pushlock hose, etc.....and occasionally be used to pry stuff with. This knife needs to be tough as nails and bullet proof because it will be used!

Over here i pay a guy to sharpen on wet stone. At home i have a smith's sharpening system and finish up on filament that comes out of the big street lights.....I know that may sound crazy but it works great. Im open to any suggestion you may have......I need to find me something convenient to bring here with me. You would get a kick out of how they sharpen knives here, i'll try to get you a few pics of guy on the street doing it.

They guys over here that sharpen knives go door to door with a little stand on their backs, looks like a shoe shine stool with rock on the end of it, theypark outside the resturant doors and get to work. I'll see if i can get a pic tomorrow when im out and about and send to you, really neat to see.

We need to get togather when i get home, im thinking i may have a break sometime in october, not sure when though. It is a possible that im here until january, i never know??? I spent 332 days over here last year and we're busier this year than last so i may be sending dad to see you for my knife. I'll talk with him a little later. I'll get him to bring the knife i currently use to skin with, i like the way it feels in my hand and the size, if you can try to get close to that with one of your knives, i would appreciate it very much! That should give you an idea of what im looking for.

The arc handle hunter knife.....do you have one of those built? IF so how much $$$$$$$

I also would like the M4 steel, isnt it the best?

I will have a couple of his knives just as quick as i can get my butt back in america! I think i only live twenty mins from him.
