Most USPSA matches I guess u shoot 200 - 250 rds.

Last time I attended a match I was not able to "retrieve" my brass

Things moved along pretty fast as it was and this weekend with 5 stages will be no different.

I have no problem marking my cases with a color...so I know which ones are mine

So what's the proper procedure or etiquette...Given the current ammo situation, I really don't wanna leave 200 cases on the ground every match....

dont know about others, but what we do is pick up between shooters as much as possible while pasting and resetting targets is occurring. everybody seems to help and most gets picked up. after match we sort caliber and dump on tables so you can pick up your color. whats left goes to whoever wants it.

I was able to "police up" a few rds today. Fortunately for me, their had been a class there the last 2 days and there was a good bit on the ground

Did not get all I shot by any means but 40 - 50 helps ....Not sure it matters on 9mm...$4.00 a hundred here...it aint gonna break me...was just wondering if it was considered "unethical" to be a brass whore....

If you shoot 200 take 200! How could that be considered "whording"? If you dont pick up the same amount you shot then someone else is gonna get it and that makes them the brass whore! Agood idea is to mark your headstamps with majic markers (be creative, everyone else is doing it too)and after the match sort through the brass and find yours. That is what we do at SMGA.

I picked up a pile of brass on station one , I then brought them back to the tables and all the ones that were marked i stood on end where the mark was visible .......the rest i pocketed. I was told this was fine I asked a couple of people . If you reload you definitly need to mark your brass.
