Closes Saturday before Thanksgiving and opened feb 1. I posted pictures last year. Been a member a long time. Roland graves is the owner.

Just stinks can’t go when weather finally starts cooling off some. If upped to $100 a year and opened 365 then I’d renew

When I lived in Hattiesburg (mid-1990's), I was a college student, and didn't have funds to be a member anywhere. I shot at the public Black Creek Range in Brooklyn and at the county dump over in Eastabuchie.

Place wasn’t bad for bench rest shooting. Doubt it last much longer as much trash that was out there. Dangerous to walk out to your target over it all

Next question, why do they close for hunting season?, do people hunt on property during deer season?

I wondered the same thing about rifle matches at Magnolia R&P, why are there no rifle matches during the fall - winter hunting seasons? Competitors can still hunt on another or even the same day as a match.

assumed it was their private property and they hunted real close by and didn't Want to scare them off or something.

When I was a member I had to literally go the house and get them to let me in to the range, so maybe this ^ is the reason.
