Has anyone shot this before? Any good or bad reviews? I looked on line and saw alot of good things about them but a friend was concerned about Mercury damage from foreign rounds.

Just wanted to see what the MSOG Guys and Gals may have to say.

The Southwest Gun Club uses the Prvi Partizan 75gr BTHP match in our club rifles, (Rock River NM AR 15). We have had good experience with this ammunition. Several club members who shoot the service rifle (HP) matches, and who are not yet reloading, also shoot this. I have had good experience with this ammunition, never heard of the issue with mercury.

I have shot that brand of ammo before in other calibers with no issues. If you are concerned with the ammo, you could always go with Federal. AIM Surplus has some for a good price (at least for the moment, they tend to run out quickly).

Looking at the 55grn Federals on Aimsurplus.com at .31 cents a round. Not too bad. May be getting those.

If you plan to reload the brass, be aware that Federal crimps the primer pockets. You will need an RCBS swager to get the crimp out to re-prime the brass.

Last year when it was so hard to find certain ammo, I bought a box of Magtec 32 auto for 20 dollars and was glad to get it. Later I found some prvi-partizan for around 13 dollars for 50 rounds. I just ordered 2 boxes of privi 22-250 for a friend for 12.99. It is softpoint and looks as good as a new box of Federal that my friend just bought for 22 dollars.If you want to stretch your dollars, try it, we are pleased.

I've shot a ton of privi in many calibers. No problems at all.
