Levi, most of the ejection issues that "clean" semi-auto pistols have with .22s stem from lack of recoil. That is why many will recommend you use something like the MiniMag, Aquila Super Extra, etc. Use ammo that has the full 40 grain bullet and also high velocity. Of course, you will still have to rule out mechanical issues/gunk but assuming the pistol is clean and mechanically sound simply using ammo that produces more recoil will likely solve your issues.
