I have access to one of these, looks really good, what are the average value on these things? Looks like full military gew 1916 with flat rear sight.

I have access to one of these, looks really good, what are the average value on these things? Looks like full military gew 1916 with flat rear sight.

They converted many of the GEW 98's from the Lange rear sight to the tangent curve in the 20's and 30's. There is a model called a Kar98B that has the 31" barrel and tangent curve sight. Tht is a long carbune. Many of the Gew 98 rifles converted to the tangent curve rear sight were used by SS units at the beginning of WW2. Does it match? I would have to see it but if the serial numbers do not match, around $200.00 would be right. The would also be numbers on the firing pin and all parts.
