Hmm I'm sure that I HEARD wrong, but I've always HEARD(never actually looked it up myself so it's probably all wrong), that a rifled barrel negates the length issue, and that was why the judge was legal from the beginning...but again that is pure hear say, and your version makes more senseMyers said:Taurus has already pulled this item from their upcoming lineup. The ATF actually busted Taurus AT shot show, and declared it a Short Barreled Shotgun. They could be in some trouble because they imported it from brazil as a pistol.
