Did a very thorough cleaning and some polishing, then did the bluing job. Took about an hour. It was supposed to take on the first application but it took three applications. Still came out pretty good.
Well done. You gonna keep it, you was talking trade a few days ago. Where'd you get that blueing cream. I blued a couple but it always took a few coats.
Its sold. Going to meet tomorow in Forest with a new member here. Actually sold it on Armslist. I bought the bluing Cream at Bass Pro. Its called G98 brand Solid Gun Blue Cream. Its more of a gel. It actually took after one coat but I put on three.
Looks real good. Taurus's blueing never thrilled me anyway. Their revos especially. The blueing on them just looks like they took a sharpie to it. Their autos are a vast improvement usually.
