Remington Model 7 - .308 with a little "bling"

mstropyhunter has been juicing up my .308 hunting rifle...a few pics :drool:





Custom 0 MOA bases, with my name engraved...very cool



Tactical Bolt handle and knob:







Gotta get the Bushnell Tactical Elite 6 -24x50 mounted and I'm about good to go to the woods..

He also floated the barrel for me...can't wait to shoot it.

Yeah i'd like to see some trigger time myself...

can't rush perfection...He's gotta make the custom rings also and mount the optics....then I oughta be close to getting this one back

300 Win is next I guess...maybe the '06 conversion to 35 Whelen..or the 260...or the 22-250...Hell I dunno :idk:

Its fun waiting on em...kinda like Christmas when I was a kid.... :evilgun:

Yeah I'm a little concerned about "the shine" He doesn't think its gonna be all that bad...If its too much its about a 10 min job to remove that barrel "bling" and I could have it coated black...

I got this feeling that my 35 Whelen I'm having built is gonna be so sexy that this little 308 might stay home....

That is absolutely beautiful! Britt is one hell of a Smith! If they even see a flash from it, they are way to close and should be dead! As Speedy Gonzalez would say “If you can’t shoot, you should at least look good”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking good is important...I'm well pleased from the pics....It should shoot better as well..it was stock (not floated or anything) when I took it to him and it was shooting 1 inch groups then...

Man neck is living up to his name with a jeweled barrel. That is pure *******, but it looks nice. THat gun should shoot! good luck with it. Cool website too. I might have to get an expansion chamber break or two.

If the shine becomes a problem for hunting I just wouldn't take it hunting. Too pretty to cover up!

Lookin' good Neck'...just spray some site black on her for hunting...she'll clean back up shiny pretty easy. :thumbup: Used to do that for shiny bow limbs years back, ain't that hard to clean off, easier than camo stick.
