Will stock GI 1911 Grips fit on an SA 1911? I found a set I like and would like to put them on.

Grips are pretty much universal on 1911's with the exception of those for ambi safeties. The right hand grip will need a little relieving to acoomodate your ambi safety. The pictures in this link show what I'm talking about. http://www.esmeralda.cc/about_ambi_safety.htm
