I found this old gun and it came to live at my house. Does anyone own or know anything about U.S FIREARMS?
Actually a friend found the gun for me. It is a single action revolver, 357 cal., around a 5.5 inch barrel. It looks like a Ruger Blackhawk but feels heavier. It cycles delibertly, has a free spin pawl and really feels good in the hand. Adjustable rear sight, wood grips. It was made in Riverhead New York. I found some information on line but have not met anyone that owned one or had handled one. It has a deep blueing and I am really impressed with it., I think it was made in the 70s.
No pictures at this time, I will get some later when I have time. thanks, Mike
