Natchez shooting supply has Tasco 2.5x10x42mm Tactical Varmibt scopes for $54. I would rather have one of the Tasco's on the .22 rf than a 32mm smaller scope. Our club has 5 10/22's with these scopes on them and they perform very well.
It would be better to pay the small additional price for a scope with target knobs and adjustable parallax. I have one of these on my .270 and AR15 and have had no trouble with them. Besides, the scopes are lifetime guaranteed.
