Okay guys...

I shot the R9S this morning. No photos, no targets, sorry.

But myself and a bud fired probably 100 rounds this morning at 7-10 yards. I don't do that well with paper, but I seem to focus on objects, such as hanging targets better.

We shot at 12 oz coke cans and 16 ounce yellow plastic bottles.

I LOVE THIS GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It cycled reliably with every HP we tried. Corbon, Winchester Ranger T {115 and 147 gr}, PMC {although these are rather anemic}, and a couple others thrown in the mix.

I was hitting the targets consistently with this little jewel, and the recoil is quite pleasant, especially for what it is.

The trigger pull is far smoother than my Seecamp .380, and the recoil is more pleasant as well.
{I tried a finger extension on one of the Seecamp mags, I believe it was actually not as bad without it. It changed my grip just enough to impact more on the rear of my thumb}

I don't plan on parting with my Seecamp, but the Rohrbaugh will see MUCH more range time.

A friend and his twelve year old son fired and loved the R9S, repeatedly.

They each fired one round from the Seecamp and handed it back to me.

...did I mention... I LOVE THIS LITTLE GUN!!!!!

I have fired a friend's PM9. It's been about a year and a half, but here is what stood out to me.

I recall feeling the grip was too contoured on the backstrap {not enough "meat" where the web of my hand was}. When pulling the trigger, I recall the thought that I had to bring my finger too far rearward to reach the point of firing. Too much travel I suppose. Grip not wide enough front to back for my large-ish hands.

I was not impressed with it as far as overall feel and the trigger pull. Actually, he did not keep it long.

I experience no such issues with the Rohrbaugh. Even a good friend that generally is not impressed with "pocket" guns was quite taken with the Rohrbaugh. He commented how nice the trigger pull was, as well as the exceptional accuracy given it's size. Overall a general pleasure to shoot. He usually frowns concerning the costs of some I bring to shoot, where as he applauded my choice in this case.

You got a pocket holster Blade?
I was thinking about a leather custom pocket rig, but I picked up a Blackhawk Size 1 {similiar to Desantis Nemeisi} and find it allows it to ride almost as deep in my pocket as no holster at all. I might get a leather if I found a design I liked.

Be sure and check a leather holster in person. I bought a Sig P238 a while back that came with a very nice fitted leather pocket holster, or so I thought. The design of the holster held the gun so tight that there was no way to draw it from the holster while in your pocket. I guess they reinforce them with spring steel strips, but I didn't find the holster servicable at all. They say they break in and get better, but this one had been carried a good bit when I got it and it was still very tight around the trigger guard in a way that didn't lend itself to improvement. I don't think all leather pocket holsters are like this, so a close inspection might be in order.
