I've got a stainless 22/45 Target (Mark II) with a 5.5" (or whatever) bull barrel, and a regular Mark III with a 4" (or whatever) tapered standard barrel. I prefer the 22/45 at the range, possibly b/c of the longer and heavier barrel, but they're both very accurate and reliable. My thinking is to use the 22/45 as a range gun, and the Mark III as a "woods" gun.
I also recently purchased an Ultimate Cliploader (Ultimate Cliploader at Midway USA) for quick reloading, but haven't gotten to the range to try it out yet. I anticipate that it will lead to me buying a lot more .22 ammunition, because with it you can reload a 10 round mag in about 3 seconds.
