I have one of these and want to put a scope on it for squirrel while deer hunting cause I saw a HUGE red fox squirrel on Saturday and want to get him mounted. So, I need a good scope to put on the ol 22 hunter and put its name to use.

Give me some suggestions on what to put on her? power, brand, all that good stuff.

The Simmons handgun scope is great for the money. I've got a couple mounted on .44 mags and have never had a problem.

I got a Ruger mark II with a 2x swift on it. Any 2x quality scope should get the job done. Check out natchezss.com, they have a good selection of scopes under $100. Hope this helps :2c:
