Sighted in at 50 yards. It has the Accutrigger but it was set at the factory to Sucks. Still not a bad group for a semi-auto rifle stock from the factory. I put a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x40 BDC. Heavy fluted barrel, laminated stock. This was shot straight out of the box, no precleaning, just cleared the bore and laser bore sighted it. This rifle other than the trigger functioned without issues.

This is the only complaint I've heard about the Accutrigger! Was it defective, or you just don't like it? Have you done anything to improve/fix it?

I have multiple accutrigger rifles from Savage, best triggers on a bolt action, however, I’ve since bought another A22 (standard version), I have not been to the range yet, intend to do so as soon as I can.
The triggers on the A series sort of reflect an AR platform in a detachable box, nothing like the bolt action Savages.
I’ve adjusted these as much as you can with the tool, I’m thinking there’s going to be a little polishing in its future to get the scratchy feeling out of it.
