SBR? Or "firearm"?

    If they can defeat the ATF wanting to regulate bump fire stocks and “rate enhancement devices”(thanks NRA) then it’ll be fine. If not, they still haven’t lost much because they came out with that trigger/lower several years ago.

    I hope you're right.

    And, I guess it would be up to congress to rewrite the law, as the wording is pretty specific. "Function of the trigger" vs "pull of the trigger" seem to mean different things to lawyers.

    Their SBR rifles are $2K, so this one will probably be in the same price range, not something I would buy even if I could.

    Hmmm, their definition of rifle sure doesn't seem conducive to easy legal skirting.

    Forgot about that part, my mistake.
    I believe it would be legal for a "frame" to become a "firearm" though.

    That's a good possibility.
