I use the Larue LT104 QD mount on mine and find virtually no difference when I take that on and off. I will occasionally have to make an adjustment but not every time. I don't think the same can be accomplished with rings.
Scopes and accuracy
If I put a scope on my AR and get it sighted in, could I remove it for a time then put it back on (the weaver style mounts with finger screws) and have it still be reasonably close to zeroed?
