Shipping Ammo

Can I ship ammo in the UUSPS Flat Rate boxes? or do I have to go through UPS or Fedex.

Do not send ammo, powder or primers by USPS. Fedex and UPS will not take ammo at their regular outlets. You have to have an agreement with them to ship this way or deliver the package to a hub.

Also, you have to have a copy of a picture ID showing the age of the person receiving the ammo. 18 years old for rifle and shotgun, 21 for handgun ammo.

Loaded ammunition is not HAZMAT, just powder and Primers. Ammo is classed as ORM-D
