Recently bought this 2022, came with 1 factory mag and 4 Mec-gar +2 mags. Decent truck / woods gun, bigger than my G19 with same capacity, same size as my M&P 9 with less capacity. Also the extra long baseplate with no extra rounds was a detractor. Continued....

Saw on a YouTube video that a M&P baseplate would interchange with the 2022, and it does. Had to remove a little material from bottom of 2022 removable backstrap, replaceable and comes with 2 though I prefer the smaller. The +2 baseplate actually easily allows 20 rounds in the M&P mags , would not seat with slide forward, they would be backup so slide would be locked back when used anyway. Continues....

I had one for a few years and tested it side by side free hand shooting against my Beretta 92 FS. although the 2022 had a shorter barrel, the accuracy in the kill zone was equal.
The Sig 2022 had more barrel rise but I rate them close to equal.
I later sold the Sig but missed it enough that I bought a new 2022 that I have stored unfired for the future.
