Had my first of what I'm sure will be many visits with Mike Smith last night. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm prone to find weird out of the way places to eat, gamble, etc, but this was my first expedition to Smith's and man was it cool. Old cars, car parts, guns everywhere, secluded on a compound in the woods, what more could you ask for. If you like getting off the beaten path and exploring the eccentric side of life like I do, Mike's place is worth the trip from anywhere. I even managed to buy a like new Sig P220 on my way out the door.

I live pretty near Mike and am over there at various times. He is the nicest guy you will deal with in the gun business. A class act with a wonderful wife and kiddos. I do almost all my purchases through Mike when it's not from a gun show. And his place is almost like a smorgsborg of weaponery. Some of everything, if you can't find it now wait a few weeks and he will probably have it then.
Regards,
Howard

Mike is a client of mine and he has always been on the up and up. I have always appreciated his business. I met him once at a Gun & Knife show...most of my clients I never see face to face. What a great guy.

Cowboy, seeing as how you live in Purvis, as do I, you must spend a bit of time at Mike's shop. Awesome place for such an out of the way location. He's a great guy to deal with and pretty darn sharp on anything gun related. And not too bad about other things as well.
