THe Springfield is accurate and functions perfectly. The following parts match: barrel, stock, op rod, trigger group, hammer and bolt. The bore is a muzzle 1 Throat 2. It shoots better than it looks.




The following target was fired at 100 yards off double sandbags. The first shot fired was a 6 at 6 O'Clock. I adjusted sights and fired 2 shots in the 9 ring at 5 and 8 O'Clock. Increased elevation and fired the group at 12 O'Clock. It measures 1-3/8". Lowered sights ad fired 7 shots all struck the 10 ring with 5 bullets in one hole. This is great accuracy for Lake City .30 M2 Ball in a service grade M1 Garand.
