+1 for using the brass rod and a hammer in a pinch. Use just enough force to get it moving dont smack it too hard. Once out check your die to make sure you havent overly scratched or damaged it.
what kind of case lube are you using. I had a few stuck cases before i began using imperial sizing die wax.... no stuck cases since then, and one can will last a long time.
