I am thinking about getting one in 30.06 for deer hunting. Was wanting to know if any of you have shot or know much about these.

my dealings with TC bolt guns has been A+++. I really like the triggers they have. well my only exp has been with icons which is maybe a step above the venture? triggers were light and had crisp break on them. All of them shot sub moa groups. If i was you i would look into the 30tc. They are like a 308 win +p

I have one in 300 win mag and I love it....I shot six rounds through it to set the scope, cleaned it, Shot three rounds to foul the bore, and then set up a new target and it shot a .832" five shot group. This was right out of the box! IMHO you cant beat it for the money.

Thanks Beladran. I have looked at the balistics chart for the 30tc my only hold up on it is not sure on the avalibility of ammo or price. My son is also pushing for me to try someting new. If i do it will def be teaching the old dog a new one.
