Well, there's a very clear warning on the SIG P238 during reassembly to push the ejector down to clear the slide, but not TOO FAR or it will bind..... Well crap, I musta pushed down too far..... and SIG is correct, it's in a bind.... I've disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled this gun several times, and I pushed the pin down maybe another millimeter farther this time....BLAH!!!!!

Any 'smiths out there that can fix this locally instead of returning to SIG?

:thanx:

Nice Bubbat. That should get him going again without having to spend the big bucks on shipping it back. This reminds me that I saw an article the other day saying Colt was planning to reintroduce their pocket light Mustang. I guess they licensed the design to Sig and then decided they were making entirely too much money off the P238s. Sure hope Colt takes Sig's lead and builds a better one this time. Wonder how the pricing will compare?

I usually read the warning after I do it. Thanks for the warning, I will try to remember before I do it to mine.
