Ok,

When I acquired all my reloading stuff there was a Thumler's Tublmer in the lot.. I have hooked it up and am trying it out.. But it only turns about 20 RPM is that right? Or should it be faster?? Also how long does it take to clean the brass?? And are these things as good as the vibrating case cleaners??

That is about right for most tumblers. Run them for an hour or so and check to see how they are doing. Some clean quicker than others. It just depends on how bad they are to start with.

I run my Thumbler tumblers 24 hours. Put in one night and take out the next. The brass will come super shiney......

Yes, the tumblers turn slowly.

I use crushed walnut (bird litter from PetSmart). I also add liquid brass polish or the stuff from Dillon. It doesn't take much polish.
