Man.......lolOne of those on a H&R shotgun with the push button release would be neat. looks like it would be a fast reload also.
Ellis you got another project. If you build it I'll buy a single shot shotgun and use it.

:hmm:Maybe I just look for problems, but the loader tube looks like it would end up embedded in my left eye before I'd fired too many high base shells.![]()
Never heard of that one. Looks like I've got some searching to do. I do have a Browning Twelvette Double Auto that only holds two shells. When I saw the title my first thought was of a Remington trap gun that only held 2 rds. Can't recall the model # and a quick search turns up a lot of garbage.
A Single shot repeater? Or a highly modified single shot self loader ?Neat, but no longer a single shot. Not sure what to call it.
Saw one once at Southern Cash & Pawn in McComb, MS. Just wasn't interested, gunsmith there (at the time) pulled it to show me, someone had apparently sold it to them as part of an estate. Not exactly the kind of thing your everyday pawn shop customer would be interested in, a 2-shot Remington 1100 IIRC.Never heard of that one. Looks like I've got some searching to do. I do have a Browning Twelvette Double Auto that only holds two shells.
Definitely doesn’t fit into any of the normal categories. Kind of like my Win 55. Winchester called it a single shot automatic.A Single shot repeater? Or a highly modified single shot self loader ?
Either one sounds as odd as the gun itself. This gun is kind of awkward but I still like it!
