A month or so ago Tyler Gunworks posted looking for some work. We got to texting and decided I would send my 327 Magnum Ruger Single Seven to him for a tune and refinish. Another one off to Tyler Well, I got to thinking about it and those plain ol grips just wasn’t gonna do that newly refinished gun justice, so I asked him to shape some new grip panels from some red stag antlers he had just acquired and posted about on Facebook. We agreed to the specs and he made it happen. It came home today, and I think the results are stunning, as usual. Specs: - Action job w/ accuracy tune, which features a barrel crown, setting of the b/c gap, chamber throats honed to the proper size, and a nice trigger. - CCH frame and hammer - Nitre blued pins and small parts - Red stag grips with Ruger emblems I am very pleased with the results. Gonna try to shoot it tomorrow.
