Is anyone interested in taking a class with Max Michel this November? It will be held at Blake Miguez's range in New Iberia, LA.

The cost would be $550 per shooter. It's a two day class that'll be held over a weekend. I'm looking to gather about 7 more people.

Anyone looking to improve their game would benefit from the course. Let me know if you're interested.

Travis Tomasie doesn't actually reload. He can actually shoot a 32-round field course with a 20 round magazine without reloading. He just moves his hands really quick and continues shooting. And you, too, can learn to do this. But only if you sign up for the class.

I'd be very interested and November gives me enough time to save. Do I have to put any money down now? Count me in if I don't. Otherwise I'm tentative due some out of town trips in the next 2 months. Can you nail down some dates?

I have to shoot some more to develop consistant bad habits for them to troubleshoot. Right now I wouldn't shoot the same course the same way two times in a row.
Repost as it gets closer if you have a drop out and I may sign up in his place (and if you sign up and can't go, I'll give you a chance to get your deposit back if I decide to go).

I must respectfully disagree.

To be fair, two of the three handgun classes were tactical/defensive oriented. Obviously some movement/accuracy went into there but most of it was stuff not applicable to this sport.

That said, back to a previous point, I don't know many people who "know" that wouldn't agree that teaching good technique is easier than fixing bad technique.

Sid, In my experience, it's easier to teach people who have no bad habits than shooters that think they know exactly how to do it and are not open to learning. Hence, it is much easier to teach a woman how to shoot than a male and there are many here that can back up the statement that have taught anybody to shoot.
This is a great opportunity that all in the sport should consider. Some guys and myself are already working on a class with Max Jr later this year local to us, but if not , I'd sign up for sure.
Anybody could learn alot from Max or Cliff for that matter as they have been doing this a long time and know the game well.
Y'all need to go if you want to learn from the best.
