I was at a local gun shop today at lunch time. And they had a couple hadguns in the used showcase they were displaying for another coustomer.

2 Stainless Steel Ruger MKII Targets $575 each.
1 Blued Ruger MKII target $450

When I inquired about the SS MKII's they said he would let them go for $525 cash.
I then asked politely "If he was crazy or something!" The owner of the shop said that in 100% condition they are worth about $275-$300. But he was firm on his cash price. Well they do belong to him. And he can ask what he wants. But DANG! :whaaa:

They are at Singing River Firearms on Gautier-Vancleave Rd. in Gautier. Just north of Country Gentleman's resturant.

I went by there yesterday afternoon. And ask if they would see if he would take $600 cash
for both SS MKII's? He told me the best he could do was $1000.00 cash for both! I told him no. And the shop owner told him that $600 cash was more than a fare price for them.
He got loud and said that they are worth a $1000.00 and he won't take less than that!
I got loud and told him "HE WAS ATE UP WITH THE DUMB A$$!"
So I don't think they will be in the shop's case long.

i guess they could be worth that to him... i have a gun i wouldnt take a grand for that is probably only "worth" 5 or 600... but finding someone willing to pay my price for them is the challenge... maybe he is holding out for someone who just REALLY wants one...

Just stopped by there and offered $300 for one of the SS Mk II and the lady said she would let me know what the guy says.
The guy has about a dozen pistols in there on consignment and they all were overpriced but the 2 ss mkII's looked great and were in excellent shape.

Fast arrow if he comes to his senses and you get both of them at a great price I want one.

NO PROBLEM! You might want to stop by Highway 90 Pawn & Gun in Gautier. Just east of the college on the south side of 90. Stopped by there after lunch. Prices are lower than any I seen in this area.
