What time we be meeting upNaw, just itching to be shot.![]()
Don't you blow that Glock up and we start that debate again.I bought a 6" Lone Wolf barrel for one of my G20's over a year ago. So far all I had shot through it was some of my standard 10mm loads (180gr at 1200-1250fps). I decided to work on a load that was a little more entergetic for it. In the last few weeks I've been doing a lot of reading and loading for it. I usually just load five, walk out back, shoot them through the chrono, inspect the brass and then go tweak the load some more. I started with A1680 and worked up to a stopping point. Now I'm doing the same thing with Blue Dot. Loaded the first ones last night. These seem to be the best powders for the heavy loads. I stopped on the A1680 well below what some people were loading. I'm not getting Glock smiles and it's not throwing the brass across the yard but decided to stop when I was getting numbers over 1500fps on the chrono. It's going to be interesting to see how Blue Dot compares.
Why you load and he shoots, teach him to load, that half the funEnded up loading a grand total of 483 before I ran out of Winchester brass. Now its time for a shower, breakfast, then a nap before work!

But you ain't got no snake drawn in targetAll right!!! I went to 4gr HP-38 and <100gr of #7 shot with SPP. Report and recoil was what I expected. Shot at 10+ feet and all shot in good area. Again this was in a 1 7/8" barrel S&W. THIS WILL WORK!
