Loaded 25 rounds of 35 Remington for hunting next month. Pushing a 200 grain Hornady FTX at 2,300 fps.
Interesting, I Couldn't get anywhere with Lever, Sticky cases at nowhere near max loads.Hodgdon LeverEvolution. It seems to give the highest velocity out of a Marlin carbine while still being accurate not only for 35 Remington, but also, 30-30 Winchester.
Kill the grub worms and the moles will leave, that’s their main diet(Now to figure out how I can get these damn moles. I’ve tried poison, I’ve tried cats, I’m getting desperate over here. It’s like a tremors movie over here but they miniature.)
Harbor Freight solar mole chaser. Harbor Freight Tools – Quality Tools at Discount Prices Since 1977
I have a small yard, 68X135 compared to the 4 acres I had for 16 years. I have 2 chasers in the front and 2 in the backyard.
At the other house I had 10 around the garden and 3 in the backyard.
Which 200gr. Round nose you using? Bout the only thing to find is hornady interlocks. Finally got back to the bench. Cleaned and resized some 35 REM and 308 from the last range trip. Loaded up 40 308s with H4895 and CCI200 primers and 155 grain HPBTs. These run about 2820 FPS from my REM 700. Have another 60 to top with 168 grain HPBTs. The 35 Rems will get a 200 grain RN and LVR for about 2100 FPS. Felt good to pull the handle a bit tonight.
