Should be about 715 fps. Doubt I'll break the chrono out, heck not even sure where I stashed it when I moved to this place last year.Looking forward to the chrono results.

Nice HP's right there.I still haven’t gotten into shotgun loads yet but I’m studying.
I like the roll crimp and the botfly slug mold. I’d say I got my powder coating figured out. Some powders just don’t work. View attachment 317469
You have some very interesting calibersView attachment 317489
Loaded 25 rounds of 35 Remington for hunting next month. Pushing a 200 grain Hornady FTX at 2,300 fps.

The Cowboy 45 special is just a 45 colt that they shortened the case to the same length as a 45 acp and kept the pressures the same as the 45 colt at 14k. They did this so you could run reduced loads without all the air space in the casing. Aldo for those that shoot Black or sub black you don't have to run warthog loads. You have some very interesting calibers
Hodgdon LeverEvolution. It seems to give the highest velocity out of a Marlin carbine while still being accurate not only for 35 Remington, but also, 30-30 Winchester. What powder you running Mr. Ed?
Interesting, I Couldn't get anywhere with Lever, Sticky cases at nowhere near max loads.Hodgdon LeverEvolution. It seems to give the highest velocity out of a Marlin carbine while still being accurate not only for 35 Remington, but also, 30-30 Winchester.
I found it likes to run at max loads and is where it is accurate. It doesn’t seem to like low pressure. It really seems to like full cases or slightly compressed loads which is good for max velocity. My best loads with it in a marlin 336 in 30-30 and 35 Remington are both slightly compressed.Interesting, I Couldn't get anywhere with Lever, Sticky cases at nowhere near max loads.
Which academy was it? I'm on the hunt for large pistol primers right now.Going to load some 9mn this weekend. I found primers yesterday. Remington 1 1/2’s 80 for 1k. Quick internet search has warnings about which calibers not to load like 357 sig and 40cal. These boxes don’t have that warning on them. Not that I can see. All sold as singles at academy but wow they had everything except large primers. No limit and they are on the shelf now.
