Very cool. How long does it take to make one casing of your 7.65 Argentine ?
Just curious.

Now, you know half the fun is making your own LOL.Cowart's may have some PPU 7.65 Argentine in stock. I know he had some a couple of months ago.
Thanks I get home I want to run it through Quickload and see how much room is left pressure wise.
Since RigRat is over the water right now or somewhere........I looked it up. Curiosity I guess gets to me. BE-86 is not in Quickload but it’s sister powder (power pistol) is. Chart for referenceMight be a little wiggle room as Alliant is known to be conservative. Alliant's max charge was the 4.1 gr of BE-86 I was shooting with a minimum OAL of 0.94 inches. Let me know what Quick load says. My velocities, 893 fps, were out of 2.75 inch barrel LCP. Alliant velocities were from a 3.75 inch barrel yielding 1038 fps.
I wasn’t going to push a powder change on him but I’d definitely move. Bullseye is my go to for pistol powder, after that is unique and HP-38Yep on the water. Thanks for looking that up. I would think with the Bullseye might could get a little more umph out of that short barrel.
Yeah I like bullseye myself but w231 and AA#2 is very comparable to it also. I just like faster powder for very short barrels. Unless its 38 special and I'm going for the old FBI loading then its 2400 powder.I wasn’t going to push a powder change on him but I’d definitely move.
