I powder coated some more 45cal 235gr RN bullets in dark blue this weekend. Yesterday I dug out and SS pinned some special brass to load some in......

Once-fired WCC 85 MATCH brass I have been sitting on since the late 80s. Yes, 36 year old brass.

I think the MATCH brass looks good in blue.

Loaded up a few 9mm plinkers with some of my first boolits I cast and pc'd myself. Waiting on those three days of winter we get here on the Coast to get back outside and cast more hollow points with my MP Mold. These were cast with a Lee mold and came out at 130 grains using "whatever" lead. The light blue powder coat is Eastwood's Light Blue Ford, the black is Powder Buy the Pound's Wet Black, and I don't remember what the darker blue is. Using 3.8 grains of Titegroup with a 1.08' COL.

Gonna try to make it to the range tomorrow morning to test my 140 grain 270 loads. If I do, gonna try these at 100 yards out of the 9mm AR pistol.

LOL, dang son you going to war with that 270? I think I might have 10 rounds loaded for mine. Course I don't shoot it but every once in a while.

Ha! That's nothing. Probably have another 400 pieces of brass to prime and an ammo can about 2/3 full of factory ammo.
