For those interested in NRA Smallbore and Air Rifle Silhouette in the Central Mississippi area, the closest match will be held this Sunday March 6, 2011 at Winnsboro Gun Club in Winnsboro, LA. Winnsboro Gun Club is the epicenter and driving force behind Rifle Silhouette in the Southeastern United States and possibly the World with the Southern Nationals held there the first full weekend in June every year. This is a dedicated purpose Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Range with the rails and targets staying out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are 40 firing points, so 40 people can shoot at one time. The firing line is about an acre long.
We are going to start off with practice at 9:00 A.M. You will be able to shoot 3 Air Rifle classes and 2 Smallbore classes.
