"Seamlessly compatible with any MILSPEC AR-15 lower, these uppers offer a cost-effective way to switch between semi-auto and bolt-action configurations."

"The BC-15 bolt action style upper and rifle utilizes a convenient, rugged steel handle with an ultra-short 23 degree throw. Less moving parts means even higher accuracy! Plus the absence of cycling noise makes it a great option for precision shooters focused on their next shot. Like all of our AR-15 complete uppers, the BC-15 bolt action style upper is designed to fit seamlessly with any standard AR-15 lower. The bolt action style bolt carrier group utilizes the same T25 Torx bit for disassembly as BCA’s Gen-2 side charging handle. "

.223 Wylde, 5.56 NATO, 350 Legend, 450 Bushmaster and 6.5 Grendel Type II.

Thanks wasn't awaren of problems with that catridge in the AR. I'll be avioding it for now in the AR. Buddy has one bolt gun (pretty sure) and he loves it.
I think it is a viable upper to let you use the AR for more options just like having another AR upper for hunting or whatever.

I still think the round is good. And would be great with in a semi AR15 as long as it was reliable. If didn’t want to deal with a FFL then good idea. I think I’d just rather have a dedicated gun in it and can get an axis 2 which quality wise is probably about equal to BCA. I guess if wanted to build out a kit with all different caliber uppers for one lower than yeah it’s a cool buy. This was going to be a dedicated gun so I decided against it.

Yep I get it. I just don't want a dedicated hunting AR. I personally would just rather have a dedicated hunting upper and have more complete standard AR15's. That is if I don't go with one of the Ruger American bolts for a second hunting rig. BCA's accuracy, probably just as accurate as those expensive AR's.
